Taufik earned $2,102 from the tomatoes he grew on his 0.3 Hectare field in one growing season. In total he harvested 10.2 tons of high quality tomatoes. He used the earnings to build his family a new home.

"In this 4 years I earn enough money to build a concrete bigger house for my wife and our 6 children and we eat better food. In the past year I decided to stop growing local variety, from now on I will grow only professional varieties".
